Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs
I don’t live in Colorado, Can I still work with SOAR?
Of course! SOAR’s virtual nutrition practice allows for ongoing accountability through email, phone, and video messaging to educate, motivate, and hold you accountable for your goals.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, SOAR does not accept insurance at this time.
Do you provide meal plans?
A sustainable, healthy, happy, vibrant athletic life goes far-beyond a meal plan! SOAR will show far more than a meal plan freeing you from a restrictive mindset and embracing balance in all-foods-fit.
Do You Guarantee Results?
As an athlete, you know results come from hard work, dedication, commitment, and making the corrections or change toward progress. Results come from learning, exploring, taking action, and practicing your new skills or behaviors. Results are seen by welcoming challenge, change, compassion, and growth, pushing past your limiting beliefs.
Your coach cannot guarantee your results, only you can. Only you can make that commitment to yourself.
However, as your nutrition coach and ultimate co-pilot, I can guarantee you will receive information, tools, support, and accountability to assist you to navigate your journey.
Remember, you are in control of getting to your destination and you hold that power, and that is what makes you amazing!
How long is the Program?
Adopting new habits or behaviors can be challenging, and take time. Change is a process, not an event, and is not always a straightforward path. Through my experience coaching others, I have found 5-6 months is the average amount of time, where sustainable change really starts to take shape. At this point, you may feel ready to take the rest of your journey on your own, or you may feel you need more time; sometimes, there is even a change in plans and you decide you want to switch directions and head up a different, unknown path, still needing guidance and support as you embark on this new journey. That’s ok too! I am still here to guide & support you.
